We immediately draped commonly available garden/ bird netting over the windows (which is item 5 on your list above) and haven’t had a single bird crash since … and none have even flown into the netting as best we can tell. The other thing we love about this option is that it is so not-noticeable to humans that we had to tie orange ribbons into the netting near our door to keep people from walking right into it.

I don’t know about the other items on your list but I can vouch for the netting as a wonderfully effective, attractive, long-lasting, easy and inexpensive option. (You can pick up the bird netting at any local hardware store or garden center.)
